DISCOUNTING FOR ALL BOOKINGS
For a free or discounted offer or coupon to be valid then full payment for the party at time of booking is required.
The coupon number must be quoted or the physical discount or free coupon must be presented when booking a party or event and before deposit has been paid to redeem offer or it is deemed invalid.
Only one coupon number, or free or discounted coupon offer, can be used per booking with the applicable discount applied to the cost of a basic booking whether the booking is for 8, 10, 12, 18, 24 plush toy skins. Free or discounted offers do not include any costs associated with plush toy clothing or accessories.
Not valid in conjunction with any other free or discounted offer.
No coupons or discounts can be claimed after booking or on the party day.
Discount are not available on 24th, 25th, and 31st December.
BearHugs Australia reserves the right to request a copy of any marketing material prior to approving and providing any free or discounted offer.

At least 14 days notice is required
All fields on Parent Permission Form or Application Form must be completed to be accepted.
Displayed prices on marketing material are based on a residential rental excluding (24th, 25th, and 31st December) without an operator and are only provided as an indicative price. BearHugs Australia reserves the right to change the prices at any time without notice.
Additional pricing may include but are not limited to such items such as delivery, operators or plush toy clothing and accessories if required.
Playgroups/Child care/Vacation care/Kindergarden and Primary school bookings are only available midweek, Monday to Friday during normal hours. For a free or discounted offer to be accepted for any Playgroups/Child care/Vacation care/Kindergarden and Primary school a minimum of 12 children must be on the booking and registered to attend the event.

All bears are subject to availability.

FUNDRAISING
Offers subject to ‘DISCOUNTING FOR ALL BOOKINGS’ section of terms and conditions, unless stated below.
Fundraising events are only available midweek, Monday to Friday during normal hours. For our special fundraising discount offers to apply for any fundraising event, a minimum of 25 children must be on the booking and registered to attend the event. Other discount offers are available for smaller bookings.
BearHugs Australia reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
An attendant is provided for these events.
CORPORATE BOOKINGS AND STAFF ENGAGEMENT
Offers subject to ‘DISCOUNTING FOR ALL BOOKINGS’ section of terms and conditions, unless stated below.
Corporate and staff engagement events are only available midweek, Monday to Friday during normal hours. For our special corporate and staff engagement discount offers to apply for any corporate or staff engagement event, a minimum of 50 children or staff must be on the booking or registered to attend the event. Other discount offers are available for smaller bookings. BearHugs Australia reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. An attendant is provided for these events.
